Literacy to you course terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions (including technical requirements) apply to the Literacy to You course.
Technology Requirements
- An Internet connection, broadband speeds preferred.
- A Web browser:
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
- Firefox 3.0 or higher
- Safari 5.0 or higher
- Google Chrome 10.0 or higher.
- Your Web browser should be able to accommodate both JavaScript and Java (and be enabled).
- An e-mail account.
- Headphones and microphone, camera optional.
Registration terms
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces in each course are limited to the first 30 participants (unless otherwise stated). Payment must be received in full before the start date of the course as shown in the course information on the Literacy to You website (www.literacytoyou.com). Once the minimum number of registrations has been received for a course, participants will be notified and sent an invoice for payment.
Refund policy
Requests for refunds of registration fee MUST be received 10 (ten) calendar days before the start date of the course. Requests made in this time will be made minus a 10% administration fee. Requests received for a refund less than ten days before course start will be considered at the discretion of CORE Education and South Pacific Press.
Course cancellation
CORE Education and South Pacific Press reserve the right to cancel any course because of low registration numbers or events not within their control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different starting date or receive a full refund.
CORE Education and South Pacific Press reserve the right to substitute the course facilitator in the unlikely event that facilitators listed cannot conduct the course. Substitution of course facilitators is not a cause for refund.
